It took a couple months to get a buyer but once we did it all moved very quickly. Chris was absolutely amazing and if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t have got to completion. He kept everything on track and was dealing with the whole chain at one point to manage expectations as this wasn’t being done by another agent meaning it nearly fell through.Chris went above and beyond to get our sale across the line so we didn’t lose our dream home and we can’t thank him enough. His communication was exceptional, frequent and always shared everything we needed to know. I would highly recommend Chris if you are wanting to sell.
